Ingredients
- Sausage gravy:
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 lb roll breakfast sausage (cooked and drained)

Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Whisk in flour, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, and stir over medium heat until browned.
Gradually stir in mild so no lumps form and continue cooking until thickened.
Sausage Gravy:
Add the cooked sausage and mix well. Serve over biscuits.
