- 1 pound plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 pound red and/or yellow cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan combine tomatoes, sugar, cinnamon, and crushed red pepper. Bring to boiling, stirring often. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, over medium-low for 35 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat Transfer to a bowl; cool. Serve or store covered in refrigerator up to 3 days.
