Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs. chicken tenders or 4 large chicken breasts cut into 3 pieces
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 T. sour cream
- 2 T. butter

Step 1
Heat oven to 400º. Crush crackers. Pour milk, cheese & crackers into 3 different shallow dishes. Toss salt & pepper into crumbs. Dip chicken in milk, then press into cheese then crumbs. Spray a 9x13" pan; add chicken & sprinkle with parsley. Cover with foil & bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil & bake 10-15 minutes more til brown & crisp. Combine sauce ingredients & heat through. Serve over chicken.
