Chocolate Vanilla Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 squares semi-sweet baking Chocolate, melted, cooled

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line a 13"x9" baking pan with foil with ends extending over sides.
Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in large bowl on medium speed. Add sour cream and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low until blended. Remove 1 cup of batter and set aside.
Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter in large bowl. Pour over crust. Top with spoonfuls of the 1 cup of plain batter. Cut through batter with a knife to make swirl effects.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Use foil handles to lift from pan. Cut to serve.
