Ingredients

  • 1 cup UNsalted butter
  • 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 6 oz. semi sweet chocolate squares chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 extra large eggs
  • 1 Tbs. flour

Step 1

Use a 9" springform pan. Sprinkle bottom with sugar.

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Wisk together sugar, egg and flour in a seperate bowl. Add warm chocolate mixture. Pour into springform pan that is covered with tin foil on the outside, so it is leak proof. Place in jelly roll pan with 1/2" hot water.

Bake 350° oven for 55 minutes. Cool on rack in pan. Pull off pan and top with powdered sugar or raspberries in syrup.
