Ingredients

  • 1 package 8oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup cloby-monterey jack cheese
  • 3 to 4 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 to 3 tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • Crackers

Preparation

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese. Add the cheese, cilantro, onion, chili powder, garlic, garlic salt, oregano, red pepper flakes, cumin and hot pepper sauce.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Shape into a ball. Roll in parsley. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers.
