- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Step 1
Place large mixing bowl and electric mixer beaters in freezer for a few minutes while you assemble the ingredients. Pour whipping cream in chilled bowl and beat high speed until cream has thickened, 1 1/2 minutes. Stop machine and add sugar. Beat cream and sugar on high speed until stiff peaks form, 1 or 2 minutes more.
Use to frost cake of your choice.
