  • 3 cup hot water
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Fermipan yeast

Step 1

Mix yeast and 4 cups flour. In separate bowl whip eggs, sugar, oil and water. Add flour/yeast blend. Blend well (beat 3 – 5 minutes with electric mixer) Add remaining flour and salt.

Let rise 15 minutes. Punch down. Do not knead. Let rise another 15 minutes, punch down and form buns. Put into greased pans. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or double bulk.

35 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes
