Butter Tarts

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 6 cups brown sugar
• 6 tbsp vinegar
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 cup butter
• 4 cups raisins
• I sometimes add some coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into tart shells.

400 degrees for 10 minutes then 350degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
