Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • Rounded 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 TBS mild honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 TBS butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat a waffle iron until hot

2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cardamom.

3. Whisk together remaining ingredients in another bowl, then whisk into flour mixture until just combined.

4. Lightly brush waffle iron with oil and cook waffles according to manufacturer's directions. Serve with lingonberry jam and powdered sugar.

Makes 6 servings. Each serving = 6 Weight Watchers points.
