- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 T sugar or honey
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 2 T white wine
- 1/4 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4.5 oz sea bass filets
