Ingredients
- Serves 8
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 box 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 8 oz cream cheese at room temp
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese freshly grated
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1.2 cup diced tomato,seeded
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 3 tbsp ranch dressing powder

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 2 qt casserole. Dice bacon into 1/2 inch pieces and cook until crisp. Remove bacon from pan. Drain. In bowl compine rest of ingredients except for 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Combine. Scrape to prepared dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of Mozzarella. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with baquette slices or crackers.
