Ingredients
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons grated ginger root
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 1/4 teaspoons horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 sprigs dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix syrup-salt. Bring to boil. Simmer until reduced by half (~15 mins).
2. Place fish in pan. Cover with water and garlic-salt. Boil. Cover and simmer 3 mins. Take off heat. Let stand 8 mins.
3. Place skin side down on broiler pan. Baste with glaze. Broil, basting, 2 mins.
