Ingredients

1 cup margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs. lemon rind
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the bar ingredients together, and spread into a 9x13" pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.

Mix the topping ingredients together, and spread over the bottom layer as soon as it comes out of the oven. Continue to bake 25 to 30 minutes. or until golden. While still warm sprinkle with confectioners sugar, loosen sides and let cool in pan.
