Ingredients
- Garnish:
- 2 oz. dark Jamaican rum
- 1 oz. gold Puerto Rican rum
- 1/2 oz. gold Barbados rum
- 1/2 oz. falernum
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 2 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
- Dash Angostura bitters
- 6 drops (1/8 teaspoon) Pernod
- 2 oz. ginger beer, chilled
- Fresh pineapple chunk
- Mint sprig

Preparation
Step 1
Shake everything but ginger beer with crushed ice. Pour ginger beer into shaker, stir, then pour unstrained into a tall glass filled with 3 or 4 ice cubes. Garnish.
