Beachcomber's Gold (Hollywood and Palm Springs)

Ingredients

• 1 oz. gold Puerto Rican rum
• 1/4 oz. gold Jamaican rum
• 1/4 oz. dark Jamaican rum
• 6 drops Pernod
• 4 drops almond extract
• 1/4 cup crushed ice
• 1/2 oz. lime
• 1/2 oz. simple syrup

Step 1

Blend ingredients in blender for no more than 5 seconds. Pour through fine mesh strainer into a coupe (champagne saucer) lined with an ice shell.

Ice shell forms a 'hood' over the drink. Serve with a short straw.
