Ingredients

  • 8 bonesless porkchops 1" thick
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • 8 thin prosciutto slices
  • olive oil for brushing

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat outdoor or electric grill to 400 degrees. Season chops with salt and pepper. Top each with 2 sage leaves. Wrap with 2 prosciutto slices. Lightly brush chops on both sides with olive oil. Grill turning once until thermometer reaches temp. of 140 degrees. 6-7 minutes per side. Transfer to platter and cover with foil. Let rest for 10 minutes.
