20 - 24 Pound Turkey
UNSTUFFED - 3 - 3 1/2 hours to cook
STUFFED - add 1/2 hour to cook time
SHOULD BE 165 DEGREES INTERNALLY

Ingredients
- 2 gallons cool water (to start!)
- 2 cups Diamond Crystal kosher salt

Preparation
Step 1
Completely empty the turkey and wash thoroughly.
Put the turkey in the red cooler, add some water, then add the salt; fill the cooler with additional water until the turkey is completely submerged. Throw the cooler in the fridge for 24 hours, and viola, ready to cook!
Cook at 350 degrees.
