Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
- 2 cups plus 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 apples, peeled and cored
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix in the oil and orange juice. Add the flour, 2 cups of the sugar and baking powder. Add the vanilla. Cut the apples into slices. Combine the apple slices with the cinnamon and the remaining 1/2 cup sugar. Pour half the batter into a greased Bundt pan. Layer the apple mixture on top of the batter and top with the remaining batter. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
