Ingredients

  • veal chops (with round bone), cut up
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour
  • paprika
  • 1/2 - 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1-2 bouillon packets
  • mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Put the veal in a bag with the salt, pepper, flour and paprika; shake to coat. Brown in butter and place in a 9 X 13 casserole dish. With the remaining butter, add the heavy cream, the bouillon and some flour to thicken.

Meanwhile, put some asparagus over the veal, and mushrooms around the edges. Throw the heavy cream over the veal.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Serve over egg noodles.
