ASIAN*****Pot Sticker Soup

This is excellent! Kind of like Hot & Sour soup without the work

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth or Asian broth
- 2 tbsp. pot sticker sauce or Korean Rice Bowl Sauce
- 1 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 ounces baby spinach or arugula or blend or frozen kale/chard/spinach blend
- 4 pot stickers
- leftover vegetables as desired

Preparation
Step 1
Heat broth to boiling. Add frozen pot stickers and cook about ten minutes. Remove with slotted spoon to serving bowl and cut into bite-sized pieces and place in bottom of serving bowl with pot sticker sauce.
Return broth to the boil, add spinach and green onion and leftover veg, if using, simmer five minutes longer.
Pour soup over pot stickers and sauce in bottom of serving bowl, stirring to mix.
