LIGHT WHOLE WHEAT BREAD (FROM BREAD MACHINE)

A bread with lots of fiber for bread machines.
This is a nice bread that can stand up to being used for paninis or grilled cheese sandwiches.

Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- The flours that I used for this recipe are Gold Medal. All ingredients should be room temperature. with the exception of the liquids which should be 80 degs F.
- 1 Egg and enough water to equal one cup
- 2 Tbs Oil (I use Canola)
- 1 1/2 tsps salt
- 3 Tbsp Sugar (You can use white or brown)
- 1 Tbs Dry Milk (I used SACO Dry Buttermilk)
- 1 1/2 Cups of Bread Flour
- 1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 Cup Wheat Bran
- 2 Tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten
- 2 tsps Active Dry Yeast

Preparation
Step 1
Place ingredients in your bread machine in the order listed.
I mix the flours, wheat gluten and bran together in a separate bowl and place them in the bread pan.
Yeast is always added last
This is a nice bread that can stand up to being used for paninis or grilled cheese sandwiches.
