Preparation

Step 1

Place all dough ingredients in the bread pan in order given. Select sweet dough cycle and the no-bake option on your machine. Grease a large cookie sheet or two. Divide dough into 15 pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet(s). Brush with butter and cover with a lightweight cotton tea towel (not terry cloth type). Let rise 40 to 60 minutes or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 12to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush tops with remaining butter and serve.

NOTE: If you keep your home temperature very low like we do (60 degrees year round), plug in an electric heating pad on medium and place the cookie sheet of dough on top and let it rise. These make great burger buns and can be made smaller also, if desired. Just make sure to keep an eye on the time, as they will take less time to bake.
