Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 3 cups onions
- 1 cup celery
- 2 cubes beef bouillon
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (28-ounce) cans baked beans

Preparation
Step 1
In a dutch oven, fry bacon until crisp drain and set aside.
In same pan, brown ground beef, chopped onion and celery until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Transfer to crock pot.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water; stir bouillon and remaining ingredients into meat mixture.
Mix well and cook on low for at least 4 hours.
When done, crumble bacon and sprinkle into beans.
