Ingredients
- 1 1/4-1 1/2 pounds round or chuck beef, cubed
- bacon grease
- 1 large (or 2 small) onions, chopped
- 2 small cans mushrooms
- celery salt
- garlic salt
- pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- paprika
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2 pint sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the beef in the bacon grease; when browned, add in the onions; cover and cook until the onions are soft.
Add the mushrooms, celery salt, garlic salt, pepper Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and tomatoes. Cook the whole mixture down until it isn't watery.
Put it into a casserole dish and add the sour cream.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve over a bed of noodles.
