Lava Cake

Ingredients

• 4 oz chocolate (bar)
• 1 stick butter
• microwave one minute and stir until melted
• add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar; mix well
• add 2 eggs and 3 egg yolks
• stir well and add 1/2 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

pour into small ramekins and bake at 425 for 13-15 minutes. invert and serve warm with ice cream
