- flour
- salt
- pepper
- Vidalia onion, sliced
- beef broth

Step 1
Rub the brisket with the flour, salt, and pepper.
Place the brisket in a baking pan and broil it until browned.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Add the onion slices to the top of the brisket, and the beef broth around the edges.
Bake for 4 - 4 1/2 hours.
