Ingredients

  • 1 block cream cheese (softened, 8 ounces)
  • 1 log goat cheese (softened, 8 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup black olives (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 lemon (zested)
  • 25 slices salami (thinly sliced)

Preparation

Step 1

1 In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, goat cheese, olives, crushed red pepper, thyme and lemon zest and mix to combine. Place mixture in a piping bag.

2 Fold the piece of salami into a cornucopia shape. Pipe the filling into the center of the cornucopia until filled and place on a platter. Repeat until all are filled. Serve with crudité.
