- Few tablespoons peppercorn
- ¼ c olive oil
- Whole grain pasta

Preparation
Step 1
1. Toast the peppercorn on low heat – to this add the olive oil. Heat slowly.
2. In a large pot with boiling water add the pasta and cook to your liking. Once the pasta is boiled and cooked take it out of the water and add to the peppercorn sauce.
3. To this add some flat leaf parsley and some fresh basil and any type of meat you like.
