Step 1
Start Traeger on Smoke. Smoke meatloaf for 1 hour
(first time we smoked it for 2 hours but thought it was a bit too much smoke)
Turn up to 350 degrees. Cook to 180 degrees (took 40 minutes after being smoked for 2 hours).
