SPICE CAKE COOKIES
- 1 can of Pumpkin Puree
- 1 box Spice Cake Mix
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Cinnamon Sugar (you can buy it or make your own by mixing 1/2 cup sugar with 1 Tbsp cinnamon)
Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl.
Drop by teaspoons on greased baking sheet.
Lightly Sprinkle with Cinnamon/Sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes.
Let Cookies Cool and cooling rack.
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz tub non-dairy whipped topping
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp powdered sugar
Whip all ingredients together.
Frost cookies after they have cooled. Sprinkle with Cinnamon/Sugar.
