- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. water
- 5 c. pecan halves
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (opt)
- 1/4 tsp. salt or less

Step 1
On high speed, beat egg white & water til foamy. Stir in pecans; coat well. Combine sugar, cinnamon & salt. Sprinkle over pecans; coat well. Spread in single layer on buttered baking sheet. Bake at 225º for 1 hour; stirring occasionally. Leave on baking sheet til completely cooled. Store in airtight container.
