Ingredients

    lb butter

  • 2

    c sugar

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1

    c sour cream

  • 1

    tsp vanilla

  • 2

    c flour

  • 1/4 - 1/2

    tsp salt

  • 1

    tsp baking powder

  • 2

    tsp cinnamon

  • 5

    TBS brown sugar

  • 3/4

    c chopped pecans

  • powdered sugar

Directions

Grease and flour large bundt pan. Using mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix sour cream and vanilla together. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Add flour mix to butter and alternate with sour cream. Combine cinnamon, brown sugar, and nuts in another bowl. Sprinkle a few tsp in the pan, then pour 1/2 of batter in. Sprinkle 1/2 of pecan mixture on top, then rest of batter. Sprinkle remaining mixture. Bake @ 350 for 60-65 min. Cake will rise, then fall. Cool at least 10 min before removing from pan. Sift powdered sugar on warm cake.
