Ingredients

  • Healthy Spread

  • Fresh Spinach 2-3 cups

  • Endives 1-2 (tips and middle only)

  • Chives (handful) (or other favorite herb)

  • Garlic (2 cloves)

  • Sundried tomatoes ½ cup

  • (not in olive oil; if in olive oil no need for add’l oil below)

  • Goat cheese ¼ cup (or feta)

  • Olive oil 2-3 tbls.

  • Blend/Pulse into a paste. Spread over whole wheat crackers or celery sticks or carrots. Can even top over fish or chicken and bake.
