Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 finely chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 900 g lean ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp peppper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Step 1
Cook onions in oil with garlic till soft - about 5 minutes. Add cumin and cook for 1 minute. Add beef and cook till no longer pink. Add all remaining ingredients (except kidney beans) Cook for 1 hour on a low simmer. Add kidney beans till heated thorougly.
