-drizzle olive oil, soy sauce and maple syrup on roast - sprinkle dried minced onion and garlic salt on roast - cook on low in slow cooker for 6 hours (roast will be tender, easy to pulled apart or shred with a fork and melt in your mouth) - serve with rice or buns for pork sliders or tortilla shells with cheese and pico de gallo for pork tacos
