Peanut Butter Cookie & Peanut Blossoms

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Butter 1 1/2 Cup Flour
• 1/2 Cup White Sugar 3/4 tsp. Soda
• 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1 Well Beaten Egg

Preparation

Step 1

Cream Butter and Peanut Butter together, add sugar & egg, cream again. Sift flour, salt, soda, and baking powder together and add to cream mixture. Chill dough well; form into balls the size of a walnut. (you can roll in sugar if you like). Flatten with fork (criss-cross). Bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees.

**** If you are making Peanut Blossoms, roll dough the size of a walnut, then roll in sugar and bake. As soon as you get them out of the over place a Hershey Kiss in the middle to flatten.
