Step 1
Combine equal quantities of finely chopped cooked roast beef and diced cold cooked potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and minced onion, also minced parsley, pimiento or green pepper if desired. Finish one of the following ways:
1. Brown in a skillet in small amount of fat over med heat until crispy (about 30 min); add liquid to moisten (milk or leftover gravy or a combination of both). Reheat or place in mod over (350*) 15 min.
2. Sprinkle small amount of cooking oil over mixture. Brown in a mod oven 350* about 1 hr or until crispy; add liquid and return to oven for 15 min.
