Ingredients

1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
2/3 Cup Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix lightly with fingers. Take out 1 ½ cups for crumbs. To the rest add 1 egg and ½ cup milk. Mix and put in pan. To the crumbs, add 2 tsp. cinnamon. Sprinkle on batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
