Yum Yum Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Butter 1 tsp. Baking Power
• 1 Cup sugar 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 2 Eggs 1 Cup Sour Cream
• 2 Cups Flour 1 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda
• Cream Butter & Sugar. Add Eggs. Sift dry ingredients together, alternate dry ingredients with sour cream into bowl. Stir in Vanilla. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased round pan with hole (bundt pa

Preparation

Step 1

Filling:

½ Cup Brown Sugar ¼ Cup White Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon 1 Cup Fine Chopped Pecans

Use ½ of filling and sprinkle over ½ of the batter. Put other half of batter in cake pan and sprinkle remaining filling on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
