Barney's Cheese Dip
- 1 Package of Cracker Barrel Cheese - either “Sharp” or Extra Sharp”
- 1 small Onion
- 1 tsp. Horseradish
- Garlic Salt – two or three shakes
- Enough Miracle Whip and Real Mayonnaise to make the dip creamy.
Let Cheese reach room temperature. Grind the cheese and small onion in food grinder. Put cheese, onion, horseradish, garlic salt and equal amounts of Miracle Whip and Mayo in deep bowl. Mix on high speed with electric mixer until kind of “fluffy”. Store in refrigerator for one day before serving on crackers.
