Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 can petite tomatoes
- 1 can tomato soup
- salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute been and onions in oil. Drain off fat. Cook macaroni until done. Drain and add meat mixture with tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Put in 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese. Cover and simmer slowly for 20 minutes. Place 1/2 cup cheese on top and serve after melted.
