Ingredients

• 3/4 cup (6 ounces) half and half
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
• 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
• 2 to 3 cups raw spinach
• 2 1/2 to 3 cups ice
