Ingredients

    tblsp. melted butter

  • 6

    tbslp. canola oil

  • ½

    c. white sugar

  • ¼

    c. light brown sugar

  • tsp. vanilla

  • 1

    tsp. butterscotch or almond extract

  • 3

    eggs, lightly beaten

  • 3

    c. flour

  • tsp. baking powder

  • ¼

    tsp. salt

  • c. skor chocolate bars, crushed

  • ½

    c. pecans (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. 1. In a mixer cream the butter, oil, white & brown sugars until well blended. 2. Add in vanilla & almond extracts. 3. Blend in eggs. 4. Add in flour, baking powder & salt. 5. Fold in skor bars & pecans. 6. Line a cookie sheet with parchment. 7. Form by large spoonfuls into 2 logs. 8. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes. 9. Cool completely, at least 30 minutes. 10. Cut into slices & place cut side down on cookie sheet. 11. Lower oven to 325. 12. Bake until underneath is golden, about 10 minutes. 13. Turn cookies over & repeat.
