Ingredients
- 1 lb. Polish kielbasa, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 pkg. (16 oz) coleslaw mix (shredded green cabbage and carrots)
- 3 cans (14.5 oz each) beef broth
- 1 can (12 oz) beer
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 t3a. caraway seeds
- 2 cups French's French Fried Onions, divided

Step 1
Coat a 5 qt. pot or Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray. Cook kielbasa over medium-high heat about 5 minutes or until browned. Add coleslaw mix; saute until tender.
Add broth, beer, water, caraway seeds and 1 cup French Fried Onions; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Re3duce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes to blend flavors. Spoon soup into serving bowls; top with remaining onions.
