Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk ( 250 ml )
- 1 cup freshly brewed coffee ( 250 ml )
- 2 cups granulated sugar ( 420 grams )
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup Dutch process cocoa powder ( 108 grams )
- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour ( 225 grams )
- 3 eggs large
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda ( 10 grams )
- 1 teaspoon baking powder ( 5 grams )

Step 1
Bake in 2 baking tins, 9 inches in diameter (23 cm diameter x 5 cm high ) for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees F ( 180 degrees C )
