Ingredients
- 2 clove garlic, peeled
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 ounces freshly grated Comte or Beaufort cheese
- 2 ounces freshly grated Emmentaler cheese
- 2 ounces freshly grated Vacherin Fribourgeois cheese
- 2 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of crushed white pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Rub the inside of a fondue pot with garlic. Place the pot over a medium-high flame and pour in the wine.
2. Bring the wine to a boil, then add the cheeses and cornstarch.
3. Stir the fondue with a wire whisk; the cheese should melt and get thick and bubbly.
4. Add the juice, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
