Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, diced
- Garlic salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups panko
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 4 eggs
- Brown gravy

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the rice first. While the rice is cooking, mix the first 8 ingredients (beef through panko) together and form into 4 patties. Grill or broil the burgers about 5-6 minutes per side, longer if you like your burger well done. Move the patties to a plate and cover with foil while you make the eggs.
Poach the eggs, or cook them over easy or sunny side up in the same pan you used to fry up the burgers. You probably want to use organic eggs if you go this route. Don't overcook them, as you want a bit of yoke to run out over the meat and rice.
Divide rice between 4 plates and top each with an egg, then smother the whole thing with gravy.
You'll need a nap after this.
