ONE PAN APPLESAUCE CAKE

Ingredients

• 2 c. Bisquick
• 1 c. applesauce
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/4 c. vegetable oil
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
• 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. raisins
• 1/2 c. chopped nuts
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 to 2 tbsp. milk

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except raisins and nuts in an ungreased square pan with fork until moistened. Stir until well blended and then add raisins and nuts. Bake until toothpick comes out clean. Drizzle with glaze.
