• 2/3 cup raisins soaked in 3 tbsp vanilla for at least 1 hour
• 1 1/4 cup buttermilk
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 3 1/2 cup bread flour
• 1 tsp cinnamon, optional
• 1 1/2 tsp yeast
